A few years ago, I was stuck in a cycle of emotional eating, guilt, and never feeling quite right in my body. I know what it's like to feel bloated, tired, and out of sync with your own needs… to eat without really knowing why, and then carry guilt afterward. I kept trying to fix it with rules and diets, but nothing worked.
What changed everything was learning to slow down… and truly listen. And in those small, quiet moments, I found clarity, peace, and a sense of control I hadn't felt in years.
That’s why I created this challenge. To share the gentle, mindful habits that helped me stop emotional eating, calm my cravings, and finally feel at peace in my own skin.
This challenge is for women who want to feel more in control around food without stress, guilt, or overwhelm - because every woman deserves to feel calmer and lighter in her body and to trust herself again.
