A few years ago, I was stuck in the same cycle many women quietly live in.

I would eat “healthy” all day…

then feel out of control at night.

I felt bloated, tired, disconnected from my own body, and guilty after meals I didn’t even enjoy.

I tried fixing it with rules and stricter plans. Nothing worked.

What changed everything was learning to slow down… and truly listen.

In those small, quiet moments before eating, I found clarity. I found calm. I found a sense of control that didn’t come from force, but from awareness.

That’s why I created this challenge.

To share the gentle, mindful habits that helped me stop fighting my body, understand my cravings, and finally feel at peace in my own skin. This challenge is for women who want to:
